LEAP Case Studies

LEAP is designed to enhance the capabilities, insight and effectiveness of state, regional and local economic development organizations across North America. Take a look at the wide range of ways that LEAP is being applied, and read the case studies that follow, to see how both public organizations and private consultants have used the system to their advantage for addressing a wide range of problems. These cases range from individual county use, to multi-county, regional and statewide application.

Where has it been applied?

EDR-LEAP and its components have been successfully applied in Colorado, Tennessee, Oregon, Georgia, New York and Florida. It has also been adopted by the Appalachian Regional Commission for use by its Local Development Districts and other non-profit economic development organizations in thirteen states.
